About Me
Hello! I'm Bashar Shaaban, a 3rd Year Systems and Computing Engineering Co-op student at the University of Guelph located in Ontario, Canada. I specialize in bridging the gap between designs (of any form) and hands-on physical manufacturing.
I'm on my technical journey doing projects like designing firmware for embedded systems to assembling, customizing, and modifying hardware. Whether I'm figuring out custom 3D printer hardware, optimizing scripts, or doing complex physical assemblies at 2am, I have a love/hate relationship doing engineering solutions that are elegant, simple, and functional or primitive.
With hands-on experience from home and at work, I approach engineering projects with a unhinged mindset making sure physical systems and the code running them perform how it must.
I enjoy doing robotics and always changing things up! I love creating and tinkering so let me know if you would be interested in collaboration or have any ideas of what I should work on next!
